Lincoln Pottery Club Terms and Conditions
Complete a membership form before participating in any activities or classes
1. Class Registration & Cancellations
Pre-registration is required for all classes. Payment must be made in full at the time of registration.
Cancellations made at least a month before a class will receive a full refund. Cancellations later than one month of a class will not be refunded unless the class is cancelled by the club.
2. Payment
All fees for classes, workshops, and membership are due in full at the time of booking.
Payments can be made by cash, credit card, or bank transfer.
3. Safety & Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully and follow all safety instructions provided by the instructors.
Proper attire must be worn, including closed-toed shoes and clothing that can get dirty.
4. Use of Equipment
Members must treat all club equipment and materials with respect and follow proper usage guidelines. Any damage caused by negligence will be the responsibility of the member.
Personal tools and materials may be brought to class but must be approved by the instructor for safety.
5. Liability
The club is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property while on club premises or during any club activities.
6. Privacy Policy
The club respects the privacy of all members. Personal information provided will be used solely for club-related purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
7. Studio Etiquette
Members must clean up after themselves at the end of each session, including washing tools, cleaning workspaces, and disposing of waste properly.
Use of mobile phones are prohibited during class hours. Phones must be kept on silent mode at all times.
8. Photography and Media
The club may take photos or videos during classes or events for promotional purposes. Members may opt out by informing the instructor before the class begins.
9. Termination of Membership
The club reserves the right to revoke membership for any member found in violation of these terms and conditions or engaged in disruptive behavior. Your Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between you and your customers. You make information and services available to your customers, and your customers must follow your rules.
10. Membership
Membership is open to individuals who have completed consecutive 6 months in either hand building or wheel throwing, subject to availability and payment of the appropriate membership fees.
Members must book in for the club days before attending.
